A pacemaker (sometimes colloquially called a rabbit) is a runner who leads a middle- or long distance running event for distance to ensure a fast time and avoid excessive tactical racing.
At a 10 k distance participants will lead by pacemakers on 40:00, 45:00 and 50:00 minutes results
There will be 2 Feed Stations with water, isotonic and bananas on the course located every 5 k.
Time limit for 10 k distance – 1,5 hours. Participants who did not finish in that time have to leave the race and stop the competition.
